Terms governing use of the AI CogniNet Digital website and professional audit engagement inquiries in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance
By accessing https://aicogninet.digital (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Engagement letters for paid audit work are separate contracts and prevail over these website terms where they conflict.
2. Who we are
AI CogniNet Digital provides professional app analytics and financial audit applications for gaming monetization audits. The Site describes our services for informational purposes. Contact details appear on the Site footer and Contact page.
3. Informational rates
Any prices or starting fees shown on the Site are informational only. They are not an offer to contract and do not create a payment obligation until a written engagement letter is signed.
4. Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and design are owned by AI CogniNet Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site materials for commercial use without written permission. Client deliverables remain subject to the engagement letter’s IP clauses.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content through forms, or use the Site to harass our staff or clients.
6. No professional advice via the website
Blog posts and general descriptions do not constitute accounting, legal, or audit opinions. Formal conclusions are delivered only under a signed engagement.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, AI CogniNet Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our total liability relating to Site use is limited to RM 500. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
