Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for gaming monetization audit engagements with AI CogniNet Digital.

This policy applies to professional audit engagements described on this Site (Monetization Integrity Audit, Store Settlement Reconciliation, IAP Funnel Analytics Review, and related workshops). The Site does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid under a signed engagement letter. Informational website inquiries do not create chargeable transactions.
Deposit and timeframes
A typical engagement requires a 40% deposit to reserve a start date. Written cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@aicogninet.digital.

Full refunds
A full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) is available if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control (for example, conflict of interest discovered after signing) and no substantial work product has been delivered.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after reconstruction has started, fees for completed stages (intake, evidence completeness review, reconstruction days logged) remain payable. Any unused prepaid balance for undelivered stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 business days of written agreement on the accounting.
Non-refundable items
- Completed workshop days already delivered
- Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example, certified translation) once incurred
- Final memos and workbooks already delivered
Work already started
Once we confirm completeness of the evidence room and begin reconstruction, stage fees for work performed are earned. We provide a stage summary on request when calculating any partial refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a start date once without penalty if you give at least 10 days’ notice and a new date within 60 days is mutually agreed. Later or repeated reschedules may require a new deposit.
No-shows
If scheduled readout or workshop sessions are missed without 48 hours’ notice, that session is treated as delivered for billing purposes.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
How to request a refund
Email hello@aicogninet.digital with the engagement reference, reason, and preferred contact number. We acknowledge within two business days and confirm the calculation in writing.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be waived remain unaffected for eligible individuals. Business-to-business engagements follow the signed engagement letter, which may refine this policy for that project.
