How AI CogniNet Digital collects, uses, and retains personal data for gaming monetization audit inquiries under Malaysian practice.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional audit focus, title/portfolio scope, and message content
- Technical: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (if analytics cookies are accepted)
- Engagement data: files and contact details you later share under a separate engagement letter (governed by that letter and NDAs)
3. Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, perform contracted audits, improve the Site (with consent for analytics), and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) applies, we process data based on your request to take steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Site, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations.
5. Retention
Inquiry emails and form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Analytics data (if enabled) is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically 14 months or less. Engagement evidence rooms follow the retention clause in the engagement letter.
6. Your rights
Subject to Malaysian law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data, and withdraw cookie consent. Email hello@aicogninet.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also contact the relevant Malaysian supervisory authority regarding PDPA complaints.
7. International transfers
We primarily store inquiry data in Malaysia or Singapore. If a processor outside Malaysia is used, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
8. Processors
We may use email hosting, cloud storage, and (if accepted) analytics providers as processors under written terms. We do not sell personal data.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for the Site and restrict access to inquiry mailboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or full payment card numbers through the contact form.
10. Children
The Site is directed to business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes to inquiry processing will be highlighted on this page.
