About

Meet the Kuala Lumpur practice behind app analytics and financial audit applications for gaming monetization audits.

Why we exist

Live games generate money in bursts — seasons, festivals, soft launches — while finance closes on a calendar. Those two clocks rarely align without deliberate reconstruction. AI CogniNet Digital was founded in Kuala Lumpur to sit between live-ops and finance when monetization numbers disagree.

Origin

The practice began after repeated contract work for regional publishers who were drowning in store CSV exports and mediation payout PDFs. Rather than selling another reporting layer, we kept the engagement model simple: temporary evidence rooms, human review, and a memo both sides can defend in a board meeting.

How we approach the work

  • Evidence first — we do not opine without store and analytics files in hand.
  • Shared language — every material finding is translated for both accountants and producers.
  • Finite engagements — audits end; we do not lock clients into perpetual software seats.
  • Regional awareness — MY, SG, ID, and PH storefront quirks show up often in our caseload.

People

Our core team combines former live-ops analysts and finance practitioners who have closed books for digital entertainment companies. Engagements are staffed with a lead reviewer and an analytics associate; partners join for multi-title portfolios.

Community

We host occasional closed roundtables in Kuala Lumpur for finance and live-ops peers — no pitch decks, just anonymized settlement war stories. Inquire via contact if you want to be notified of the next session.
